To provide the most accurate quote, we need: event date, venue/location, guest count, event type, and a brief description of your AV needs. If you already know which package you're interested in, that helps too!

No! Initial consultations and quotes are always free. We can discuss your event over phone, video call, or email - whatever works best for you.

We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance for peak season (May-October). For off-season or weekday events, 4-6 weeks is usually sufficient. Last-minute bookings may be available - just ask!

Our primary service area is Greater Boston (Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Quincy, Waltham, Medford). We regularly serve events throughout Eastern Massachusetts. Extended travel fees may apply for locations beyond our primary area.

Absolutely! We're happy to arrange an equipment demonstration. You can see and hear the QSC speakers, try out wireless mics, and ask technical questions. Contact us to schedule a visit.

Cancellations more than 30 days out: full refund. 15-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund (we've likely turned away other work). We understand emergencies happen and will work with you when possible.

Yes! We frequently collaborate with DJs, live bands, event planners, caterers, and venues. We'll coordinate with your other vendors to ensure seamless integration and a smooth event.

Our Mid and Premium packages include backup systems on-site. We always bring spare microphones, cables, and critical components. With 6+ years experience, our engineer can troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. Your event will continue without disruption.
