Common questions about our services and pricing

What's included in the day rate?

All day rates include up to 14 hours of coverage (including setup and breakdown), professional operation, pre-event sound check, all necessary cables and hardware, and travel within Greater Boston.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance for peak season (May-October). For off-season or weekday events, 4-6 weeks is usually sufficient. Last-minute bookings may be available.

Do you offer multi-day discounts?

Yes! For conferences or multi-day events, we offer 15% off the second day and 20% off for three or more consecutive days. Contact us for custom multi-day quotes.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations more than 30 days out: full refund. 15-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund (we've likely turned away other work). We understand emergencies happen and will work with you.

Do you work with DJs and bands?

Absolutely! We frequently collaborate with DJs, live bands, and other entertainment. We'll coordinate inputs, provide monitor mixes, and ensure seamless integration with your entertainment.

What about backup equipment?

Our Mid and Premium packages include backup systems on-site. We always bring spare microphones, cables, and critical components. Your dedicated partner troubleshoots issues on-site and keeps everything running.
