How booking works

1. Tell us about the event: date, venue, guest count. The form takes two minutes.
2. We walk through the room and the program with you, and propose a right-sized system. No upsell to gear the room doesn’t need.
3. You get a line-by-line price walkthrough - every speaker, mic, and hour accounted for.
4. Written quote. Then we show up early, run the show, and strike clean.
