Sync & privacy

Your books, sealed.

Cloud sync encrypts every invoice on your device before it leaves — AES-GCM ciphertext, keys derived on-device with Argon2id. The server stores blobs it cannot open. Nobody can reset your password, because nobody else has the key. Not even us. That's the point.

Prefer zero cloud? Pair your phone to your desktop over WiFi with a QR code — invoices, clients, and settings flow both ways, and your data never leaves the room.

End-to-end encrypted

Encrypted before upload; decrypted only on your devices. A recovery kit is the one spare key — and it stays with you.

Offline-first

Invoid stores everything on the device and works with no connection at all. Sync is a convenience, never a requirement.

LAN sync, no cloud

Scan a QR from the desktop app and your phone pairs over WiFi. Auto-sync every 15 seconds while connected.
